'Hello Latituuuuude!'

Latitude festival was fantastic. Didn't get robbed (Alice woke up and scared the bloke off) and didn't get shit-faced (well, the latter might have been quite funny but not entirely safe for 2 girls camping on their own).
First festival I've ever been to and first attempt at real camping, highlights include Seasick Steve, Tim Minchin, Blondie (hell yes), Disco Shed and a whole bunch of acts I just stumbled into. Food price was ridiculous, either £7 for a cheeseburger or a cowboy shirt. Quite easy to figure which one I chose. Aussie sandwiches however...

Off to Brighton on Friday to celebrate a friends birthday and possibly go see The Dark Knight this weekend. Couldn't at first remember the last film I saw at the cinema- turns out to be the last harry potter with little sis.

*I don't exist in a genre. Scene kid, indie, hippie, rock, goth just don't seem to apply properly.
*I spent more on comic books than on clothes in the last month. (I like second hand stuff which probably explains the previous point.)
*If I had to give up either meat or carbohydrates it would be meat.
*I can't get drunk on the grain, only very ill. (Wine works for some reason though).
*My cat's name was originally Voodoo until peer pressure caused me to change it to Magic. Full name is now Magic Voodoo Hendrix Mills.
*Most of my descendants were Irish (whoose aren't! *boom-tish*).
*I can't sleep at night with any form of light in my room.
*I am the 3rd member of the Old Dolphin Brigade, last time I checked there were 83 in total (end of last February)

Can't play the gig in August... I'm at V festival. Still can't figure out if this makes it a good or bad thing.
